CEO

Diana was named Blacoh’s Chief Executive Officer in January 2015. She joined Blacoh in 1990 as CFO and Chief Operating Officer, and helped lead the company to becoming the global market leader it is today. Before joining Blacoh, she was a senior manager with Wilden Pump & Engineering where she gained invaluable industry knowledge working closely with both sales and manufacturing divisions. Known for her business acumen, a penchant for excellence, and dedication to customers, Diana has been instrumental in the success of Blacoh. She remains focused on sustainable and profitable growth, advancements in product design and manufacturing, strategic partnerships, and expansion into new markets.

Gene Wardlow

Global Supply Chain Manager

Gene is a results-driven professional with extensive facilities, production, and supply chain management experience in the industrial pumping field. Gene got his start at Blacoh in 1985 and over the last 35 years has become an expert in manufacturing and distributing engineered solutions for fluid control systems. He believes that meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and customers are the key to thriving business operations. Gene’s knowledge, professionalism, and good-natured approach to business have made him a natural leader amongst internal and external customers. His many years in the field don't stop him from having an eye on the future. Gene prides himself on the continued growth of the team he leads. He has a reputation within the industrial pumping world for being fair, strong-willed, and always doing what’s right. When not at work, Gene enjoys time with his family. They love to travel together and never miss an opportunity to catch a good sunrise or sunset, no matter where they are.

Tina Fallert

Global Operations/HR Director

Tina recently celebrated her 25th anniversary with Team Blacoh and can’t believe how time flies! As Global Operations/HR Director, Tina applies her extensive knowledge of the fluid control industry daily to product quality, efficiency in manufacturing, service excellence, and rapid delivery times. She also uses her experience in talent acquisition and retention to maintain Blacoh’s world class team of skilled professionals. When not working, Tina enjoys time with her family in Phoenix, Arizona. She enjoys painting rocks, traveling, and being outdoors (when it’s not too hot).

Jen Stevens

Product Marketing Director

Jen comes to the Blacoh Team with over 35 years of industry experience in engineering, applications, marketing, and Product Management. Jen has learned from her experiences at leading organizations such as Nidec, Ingersoll Rand, ITT Goulds, and Tuthill where she has driven sales growth, and New Product Development through processes and employee development. Having begun her career as an application engineer in distribution and then moving to manufacturers, Jen brings an important understanding of customers’ applications, needs, and education requirements. Outside of Blacoh, Jen dotes on her grandchildren and enjoys staying active through weightlifting and bike riding.

Ryan Renshaw

Global Sales Director

Ryan brings over 20 years of incredible sales experience. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Drexel University (go Dragons!), and began his career as an Inside Technical Sales Rep, working his way up to District Sales Manager. His sales and leadership skills are integral to Blacoh’s growth and development. Away from work, Ryan lives a very full life! He is a dedicated father and husband, enjoys sports and the gym, travels, and collecting new experiences.
